SHIPPING All of our prints are designed and printed in house in our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada by the owners of the company.
We do offer shipping nationally and internationally to many cities across Canada and U.S.A. For international orders, you will have to email us for a shipping quote at info@TheArtBin.com.
Our standard shipping and handling fee is $5 for orders that are shipped to cities within Canada and $7 for orders shipped to the U.S.A.
Depending on where you are located, processing and shipping of your order can take up to 14 business days. We send the orders by Canada Post by regular mail. Unfortunately, there is no tracking available on orders but if a shipment does not arrive to your location simply contact us through email. If you have not received the order within three weeks of placing the order we will resend your order to you right away. Most of our prints are customizable and can be done in any colour to match your home decor. Just let us know what you want and we will do our best to work with you to create the perfect prints for your home. If there is a print in a set that you would like to purchase individually or if you would like to intermix certain prints from different sets simply email us and we can help to process any special orders for you. If you would like to order a larger volume of prints we can provide a small discount on the order for you. Email us at info@TheArtBin.com and we will let you know the exact pricing depending on the quantity that you required. We can create custom prints loot bags too! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition simply take a digital photo of the item and attach them to an email and send to info@TheArtBin.com and we will send over replacement prints for you right away. We attempt to describe and represent our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or colors shown on our website or other content of the website are 100% accurate. Monitor settings may affect the way our product is viewed and the colors that are being displayed on your computer. |
